The challenge
A 24 m² balcony with lifting tiles and leaks into the ceiling of the flat below. The complicated geometry — three internal corners, a column and a balustrade fixed into the slab — made clean cutting of a roll membrane impossible.
The solution
We removed the finish, repaired the substrate and applied a two-coat polyurethane liquid system with a reinforcing fleece between the coats. The system was dressed 15 cm up the walls and around every balustrade fixing.
The result
Completed in two days, with no scaffolding and no work inside the flat below.
