How to order
At the moment orders are taken by phone or email. Choose the products from the catalogue, note the codes and call us — we will confirm availability, the final price and the delivery time. Online payment will be available at a later stage.
Delivery
We deliver in Cluj-Napoca and Cluj county with our own transport, and elsewhere in the country by courier or haulier, depending on volume and weight. Membranes and pallets are delivered by dedicated transport.
Lead times
Products in stock are normally delivered within 1–3 working days in Cluj county and 2–5 working days elsewhere in Romania. For made-to-order products the lead time is confirmed when the order is taken.
Transport costs
Transport cost is communicated when the order is confirmed and depends on weight, volume and destination. For large orders delivered within Cluj county, transport may be included.
Payment methods
Cash or card on delivery for deliveries with our own transport, bank transfer against a proforma invoice for companies, or payment on collection.
Receiving the goods
Please check the goods in the presence of the courier. Any transport damage must be recorded on the transport document at the time of delivery.
